Philosophy: Achieving strength, life balance, physical and spiritual insight and healing through movement and exercise.

I believe that moving the body using a variety of exercise methodologies provides an opportunity for windows in the soul to open creating an opportunity to gain insight into our internal thought process.  This revelation can lead to spiritual and emotional growth in ourselves leading to a richer life experience.

Movement is part of every aspect of our life.  We move from one stage to the next in our life process physically, intellectually, socially, spiritually and emotionally.  At any time in our lives we can find ourselves out of balance by letting one or more of these areas go unattended.

Through exercise and moving the body we become strong and healthy.  We can then use this strength to create balance in our lives.
